Lundtauto

About us

One family, one marque — for more than 40 years.

Lundtauto is a family-run, master-certified workshop for sports cars, Porsche in particular. Founded more than 40 years ago, today run by the second generation, at home in Berlin-Zehlendorf. From the 356 to the Macan, everything stands on the same lifts here — looked after by people who have known these cars for decades.

The management: three times Lundt

Master craftsman Thomas Lundt, master craftswoman Alicja Lundt and Silvia Lundt run the business together. Two of the three hold the master craftsman's certificate — and the family stands in the hall itself, knows its customers' cars and decides personally what is done and what a car really needs.

How we work

Repair before replacement.

We repair before we replace — in restorations, in line with the Charter of Turin. An original panel that can be saved is worth more to us than a new spare part. That sometimes takes longer. In return, it preserves what makes up the value of a car: its substance.

Our hall is open to you.

If you give your car in for restoration, you are welcome to come by at any time and look at the state of the work. We are glad to show you what we are working on — you should know what is happening with your car.

Almost 20 specialists under one roof

Mechanics, engine builders and body specialists — almost 20 professionals work at Lundtauto, many of them for years. This depth in our own house is the reason we can do everything ourselves, from routine inspection to full restoration.

At the track training, master craftsman Gunnar Raspe runs the in-house vehicle service right at the circuit.

Portraits of our team will follow here. Until then: you will meet each of us in person at the workshop.

More than 40 years, six stations

  1. More than 40 years ago

    The founding

In Berlin, a family business for sports cars, Porsche in particular, comes into being. The workshop of those days has grown into a house with its own body, paint and engine departments — the place has remained the same: Zehlendorf.

  2. Master workshop of the Berlin Motor Trade Guild

Lundtauto is a certified guild workshop of the Berlin Motor Trade Guild (Kfz-Innung) — master craftsman's certificate, examined work, clear standards. To this day, the foundation for everything that leaves the hall.

  3. For more than 30 years

    The track training

We bring our customers onto the race track: our own training with professional instructors and vehicle service at the circuit. In 2026 the 34th edition took place, most recently at the Autodrom Most.
